INNOVATION IN CNC MACHINING

SycoTec developed the revolutionary high-frequency spindle Speeder 60 ER11, which enables high-speed machining on any CNC machine – without costly conversions. The fully autonomous spindle requires no external controls and impresses with tool magazine capability for automatic tool change. The Speeder 60 ER11 combines all the necessary components, making installation simple and commissioning fast. This powerful solution promises high efficiency and ease of use – a real advance in CNC machining technology.

Battery motor spindle in tool magazine

This system was developed as a user-friendly plug-and-play solution. At the center is a motor spindle with impressive specifications: It reaches speeds of up to 60,000 rpm and offers a power output of 300 to 500 watts. In addition, the system scores with maintenance-free hybrid ball bearings and an efficient ER11 clamping system.
